A memorial service for Ms. Shirley Ann Whitehead will be held at a later date.
Ms. Shirley Ann Whitehead, 87, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Meritt Health Wesley Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. She lived most of her life in Neshoba County. She was a member of Middleton Methodist Church, and her hobbies were puzzles, collecting vases, and shopping online.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack Charles Whitehead and Rosie Luke; sisters, Wilsie D. Sills, Frankie Horne; brothers, Merwin, Hobart, Wilbur, and Cager Rosamond.
Survivors include her brother, Jerry Whitehead of Philadelphia; (5) nieces; (2) nephews and numerous cousins.
