About The Neshoba Democrat
Founded in 1881, The Neshoba Democrat is a community weekly newspaper serving Philadelphia, Miss., and is the oldest business institution in Neshoba County. Without fear or favor, we believe in telling the truth and keeping local government accountable, as our Founding Fathers intended by establishing a free press two and a half centuries ago.
In addition to our legacy print advertising, the Democrat, part of the Prince Media Group, operates a full-service digital agency offering SEO, internet advertising, social media placement and management, plus much more.
