L.C. Clark, 92, of Union, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, September 8, 2024, surround by his loved ones.

L.C. was born to Estell and Lurena (Walker) Clark on September 15, 1932, in Neshoba County.  Being raised on the farm, L.C. became a cattle farmer by trade.  In 1948, he joined our United States Army, serving as an auto mechanic and received the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal upon his honorable discharge in 1956.  He married the love of his life in 1956, Shirley Ann Germany, and together they raised their two boys in Neshoba County.  L.C. was a hardworking and loving husband, father, and grandfather, well known for his honesty and integrity.  He loved hunting, fishing and being near to his family.

L.C. is survived by his sons, Kevin Clark (Wendy) and Micheal Clark; brother, Randall Clark; sister, Dodie Davidson; two grandchildren, Miranda Warren (Cody) and Brandon Clark (Kayla); along with five great-grandchildren, Ellie Warren, Ripp Warren, Kinzley Clark, Kase Clark, and Kolter Clark; and his beloved canine companion, Maggie, the Yorkie-Poo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Estell and Lurena Clark; his loving wife of 63 years, Shirley Ann Clark; his brothers, Oliver Clark, Issac Clark, and Ernest Clark; and his sisters, Irene Thompson and Bernice Hoyt.

Visitation for L.C. will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024, at Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes-Union from 12-2pm.  Funeral Service will begin at 2pm in the chapel.  L.C. will be laid to rest next to his beloved bride at Dixon Baptist Church Cemetery.
