Keeton Wade Barrett

Funeral services for Keeton Wade Barrett were held Sunday, June 23, 2024 at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Keith Williams officiating. Burial followed in Rocky Hill Cemetery in Nanih Waiya. McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Barrett, 45, of Selma, AL died Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

Keeton was a native of Winston County and was a 1997 graduate of Demopolis, AL High School and received his certification from Nashville Auto and Diesel College in 2007. He worked in various jobs for several years until 2021 he began working for IP Company as a maintenance tech.

Survivors include his daughter, Piper Keeton Barrett; mother and step-father, Laurel and George Jones; father, Jimmie Barrett; sisters, Amanda Barrett Pettigrew (Perry) and Heather Barrett Jones (Benjamin); several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
