Funeral services for Mr. John Larmar Watkins were 2 PM Sunday, July 7, 2024, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. John E. Stephens officiating. Interment in Plattsburg Cemetery. Visitation was 1 PM Sunday, July 7, 2024, at John E. Stephens Chapel. 

Mr. Watkins, 63, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2024, at his home. He lived most of his life in Neshoba County and was a truck driver. His hobby was working on trucks and, he loved his dog Chopper. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Edgar L. Watkins and Mary Ruth Collins; sons, Jordan Lee Watkins, John Anthony Watkins; sisters, Bonnie Reed, Margie Thrasher; niece, Allissa Watkins. 

Survivors include his daughter, Kayle Chamblee (Wayne); brothers, Eddie Watkins, Richard Watkins and several nieces and nephews.
