Funeral service for Ms. Dorothy Pearl Smith will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 1 P.M. from Jerusalem Temple Church, with Bishop Stan Jones officiating. Burial will be at Donald Rest Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Smith, 81, of Philadelphia, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville, MS.
She is survived by her children, Melissa Tatum of Atlanta, GA, Marvita Tatum, Alan Smith, Alexis Smith and Nakia Smith all of Chicago, IL, 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, seven brothers and three sisters.
Pallbearers are Everett Tatum, Cortaize Tatum, Kenyon Tatum, Tommie Williams, Alan Smith and Cordareo Jones.
