Virginia Ann Cox Jackson

Funeral services for Virginia Ann Cox Jackson will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Gomillion officiating. Burial will follow in North Bend Methodist Cemetery.  McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Jackson, 61, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, March 20, 2021.

She was a native of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of North Bend Community. She was currently employed by the Neshoba County School District in the elementary cafeteria and as a bus driver. She was a retired poultry farmer.  Mrs. Jackson was an active member of North Bend United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband Bobby Jackson of Philadelphia; daughter, Ashley Jackson Eakes (Jay) of Philadelphia; sons, Joshua Jackson (Paige) of Philadelphia; Stevie Richardson (Ann) of Philadelphia; grandchildren; Marley Jay Eakes, Briggs Eakes, Posey Jackson, Paxtyn Jackson, Loganne Jackson, Tyler and Eli Richardson; mother, Elmarieen Cox of Philadelphia; brother, Jimmy Cox (Nancy) of Philadelphia; several nieces, nephews, and their families.

Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her father, Robert Cox; and brother, Robert Orman Cox.
