Funeral services for Mr. Derrick Lee Wilson will be held at 2 PM Monday, April 22, 2024 at Pearl River CERF with Military Honors. Interment will be in Phillips Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Pearl River CERF. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Wilson, 66, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at his residence. He was a US Army Veteran and enjoyed watching football, spending time with his grandkids and watching old westerns.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee W. Wilson and Mable Dixon Wilson; sisters, Susan Wilson, Marion Willis, Rebecca Wilson; brothers, Edwin Wilson, Kenneth Wilson, Nelson Wilson, Raymond Wilson, Sr.; grandchild, Quinntan Wilson.

Survivors include daughters, Natasha Wilson, Kimberly Wilson; sisters, Sandra Wesley, Maria Wilson, Gloria Wilson; brothers, Tony Wilson, Charles Wilson, Sr., Randolph John; 16 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Gaylon Williams, Rome Jefferson, Greg Jim, Auburn Jefferson, Kevin Willis, Sr., Alvin Isom. Honorary pallbearers are Tyler Willis and Ronnie Willis.
