Funeral services for Roy G. Watkins were held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Bro. Carl Roberts Officiating. Burial followed in High Hill Cemetery. Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until service time at McClain-Hays Funeral Home.
Roy was a native and longtime resident of Union, MS. Roy enjoyed fishing along with collecting and watching movies. He was full of life and loved to laugh.
Survivors include his sister, Judy Coats; one sister- in- law; five nephews; two nieces.
Mr. Watkins was preceded in death by wife, Georgia Watkins; mother, Necy Mae Watkins; father, Fred Watkins; brother, Gary Watkins.
