Olen Wayne Boswell

A Graveside Masonic service was held on Saturday March 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from Sandtown Cemetery.

Olen Wayne Boswell was born March 26, 1948 and raised in the Sandtown Community of Neshoba County. He passed away on March 12, 2024 in the Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. He spent his life as a mechanic, owned his own business, served 41 years in the Ms. National Guard and was a 100% disabled veteran. Olen was also a Master Mason and Shriner.

Survivors include his wife, Lesia Phillips Boswell; brother, Mitchell Boswell (Linda); sister, Dell Thomas; half-brother, James "Jim" McClain; daughters, Angela Boswell Batten (Michael), Brittany Phillips Crowe (Chad); four grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and their families.

Mr. Boswell was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby Ruth Eakes Boswell and Jefferson Harold Boswell.
