Norman Wayne Gibson

Graveside service for Mr. Norman Wayne Gibson were held at 2 PM Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Old Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation began at 10 AM Friday, May 6, 2022 at the home of Gaylon Gibson, 111 Choctaw Road in Choctaw, MS.  John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. Gibson, 58, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, MS. He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and enjoyed staying with his grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Gibson; mother, Sarah Lou Gibson; brothers, Raymond Bell, Thurman Bell, Rex Bell.

Survivors include his daughters, Jessica Denson, Shawntell Gibson, Melissa Gibson, Angeleighia Hickman; sons, Gaylon Gibson, Michael Gibson, Scott Gibson; brother, Don Gibson; 18 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.

Pallbearers are Andrew Hickman, Caden Bell, Desmond Jim, Brendon Williams, Randall Joe, Josh Frazier, Coleman Gibson.
