Funeral service for Mrs. Mattie Lou McMillan will be held at 2 PM Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the Pearl River Facility Building with Deacon Williamson Isaac officiating. Interment will be in Simon Isaac Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the Pearl River Facility Building. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. McMillan, 68, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Regency Hospital in Meridian, MS. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, singing Choctaw Gospel Hymns, fishing and country music.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lillie Isaac and Joseph Billy, Sr.; sisters, Oree Bell, Madie Bell Garcia, Mary Frances Billy, Sally Steve and Nancy Farve; brothers, Terry Billy and Joseph Billy, Jr.; grandson, Joseph Andrew McMillan, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Clifton McMillan, Sr.; daughter, Leah McMillan; sons, Clifton McMillan, Jr., Elliott McMillan, Michael McMillan, Joseph Andrew McMillan, Sr.; sister, Dessie Bownas; brother, Julius Billy, Sr.; 14 grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Angelo Bell, Antonio Garcia, Luther Truss, Lionel Dan, Winslow Bell, Bryce Billy, Derrick Charlie, Robert Paul Tubby, Jr.  Honorary Pallbearers are Frankie Garcia (Drummer), Jeffery Billy, Joseph Bownas, John Bownas, David Hall, Robert Garcia, Jr., Eric Garcia, Christopher Garcia, Randy Farve, Randall Farve, Jeremiah Hall.
