Graveside service for Ms. Leslie Wallace of Redwater Community was held at 10 AM Friday, October 23, 2020 at Old Mt. Zion Cemetery in Carthage. Rev. Carl Wilson and Deacon Gary Chickaway officiated the service. John E. Stephens Chapel in charge.

Ms. Wallace, 83, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Choctaw Residential Center. She worked at Choctaw Maid, Tyson and was a homemaker. She enjoyed housework, gardening, hunting, fishing, making baskets, choctaw dresses and jewelry. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Preceded in death: Parents, Frances Jack Polk and Minnie Odell Cooper Polk; Husband, Forrest Wallace; Sisters, Shirley Sue Jim, Maggie Lynn Gibson; Brothers, George Key Polk Sr.,Harry Polk.

Survivors: Sisters, Clettie Willis, Ruby Mae John, Eva Shumake.

Pallbearers: Craig Willis, Elias Bell, Brian Billy, George Polk Jr., Garland Bell Jr., Christopher Tubby, Adam Jake Bell, Tatum Tubby, Jeremiah Tubby, Grandale Tubby.
