10 competing for title of Miss NCF

Ten young ladies will compete for the Miss Neshoba County Fair title on Monday night at the Grandstand.

Hattie Hicks is the reigning Miss Neshoba County Fair.

The pageant is Monday, July 29, at 8 p.m. at the Grandstand. 

This year’s Emcee is Tim Moore, with entertainment provided by Amanda Joyner. This year’s pages are Emma Katherine Jackson, Breland Walker, Ellison Walker and Chloee Wells. 

The contestants this year are:

• Contestant No. 1 Miley Fulton. She is the 16-year-old daughter of Jason and Angela Fulton. She is a member of First United Methodist Church and will be a senior at Neshoba Central High School this fall.

• Contestant No. 2- Paisley Grace McDaniel. She is the 17-year-old daughter of T.W. and Leigh McDaniel. She is a member of Ocobla Baptist Church, and will be a senior at Acellus Academy. 

• Contestant No. 3-Kennedy Baysinger. She is the 17-year-old daughter of Josh and Emily Baysinger. She is a member of Trinity Baptist church, and will be a senior at Neshoba Central High School in the fall. 

• Contestant No. 4-Maggie-Page Peebles. She is the 17-year-old daughter of Ronnie and Ginger Cook, and Lindsey Peebles. She is a First Baptist Church, Union, MS member and will be a Freshman at ECCC in the fall.   

• Contestant No. 5-Ashton Luke. She is the 18-year-old daughter of Donnie and Lisa Luke. She is a member of Ocobla Baptist Church, and will be a Sophomore at ECCC in the fall. 

• Contestant No. 6- Sarah Renee Richardson. Sarah is the 17-year-old daughter of Michelle Jenkins and Duane Richardson. She is a member of Crossview Community Church and will be a senior at Philadelphia High School in the fall.

• Contestant No. 7- Maci Pilgrim. She is the 18-year-old daughter of Todd and Kristie Pilgrim. She attends Decatur Church of God, and will be a freshman at ECCC this fall.

• Contestant No. 8- Annajane Lovern. She is the 18-year-old daughter of Chad and Leslie Lovern. She is a member of Macedonia Revival Center, and will be a freshman at ECCC in the fall. 

• Contestant No. 9-Ana Holley. She is the 17-year-old daughter of Adrian and Lori Holley. She is a member of the Sanctuary of Philadelphia and will be a senior at Neshoba Central High School this fall.

• Contestant No. 10-Lauren Gwen Posey. She is the 18-year-old daughter of Pepper and Shannon Posey. She is a member of First Baptist Church, Union, and will be a sophomore at ECCC in the fall.
