Philadelphia Utilities recently finished repainting the water tank on Range Avenue just south of Philadelphia High School.
Philadelphia Utilities General Manager Kirk Morgan said the project that began in July was finished on Wednesday, Sept 1.
“We just completed repainting the water tank here in town,” Morgan said. “We are proud of how well it turned out and the word Philadelphia is in cursive.”
