Graveside services for Mrs. Sonya G. Stokes was held at 3:30 PM Monday, November 30, 2020 at Coy Methodist Cemetery with Rev. Mike Sims officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services in charge.

Mrs. Stokes, 62, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020 at her residence. She has lived in Neshoba County all of her life and was a retail clerk. Her hobbies include reading, cooking and traveling. She was a member of Coy Methodist Church.

Preceded in death: Father, Jimmy Robert Jones; Mother, Shirley Jean Swinson; Son, Joey Stokes.

Survivors: Husband, Everette Arnold Stokes of Philadelphia; Son, Kyle Stokes (Audrey) of Philadelphia; Sisters, Keli Holbrook of Aiken, SC, Krystal Jones Hood of Hong Kong and Paula Michel of McKinney, TX; Brother, Robbie Jones of Hattiesburg; Several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: Wes Holbrook, Stephen Hutcherson, Derick Donald, Terry Bostick, Tim Michel and Jared Michel.
