A county man is wanted in connection with a stolen ATV May 31 off Road 147 near Hope.

The man, Jordyn Bryce Henry, is wanted by the Neshoba County Sherriff’s Office.

Henry has a last known address of 370 Goat Ranch Road, Philadelphia. Henry is described as a 24-year-old Native American male, 5’11” tall and weighs about 145 pounds.

Neshoba County Sheriff Eric Clark said Henry has proved “elusive” and that he has run from officers on at least one occasion.

Clark said Henry is wanted in connection with the theft of a now recovered ATV.

On May 31, at 8:36 a.m., Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at 12941 Road 147, Clark said.

“The resident discovered that his 4-wheeler was not in his barn and had been taken during the night,” Clark said.

The owner described the ATV as a 2019 red Honda Rincon 680 with front and back basket racks and it had a winch mounted on the front of it.

Deputies then searched the area for clues. He said neighbors mentioned hearing an ATV during the night.

Sheriff’s Deputies requested assistance from the Choctaw Police Department, Choctaw Fish and Wildlife, and the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.

The missing ATV was located around noon, behind a residence on Jefferson Road, just off Blackjack Road on the Pearl River Indian Reservation, Clark said.

The ATV was stalled in a mud hole and abandoned by the driver. Law Enforcement Officers extricated the ATV and returned it to the owner at 1:50 p.m.

The owner had a spare key and was able to crank the ATV and drive away. A single barrel shotgun, 2 Gallagher electric fence voltage testers, and miscellaneous fencing supplies are still missing and not recovered with the ATV.
