Ronald Ray Day

Funeral services for Mr. Ronald Ray Day was held at 2 PM Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. John E. Stephens and Rev. Jack Foster officiating. Interment was in the Longino Cemetery. Visitation was 5 – 8 PM Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at John E. Stephens Chapel.

Mr. Day, 68, passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 at his home in Neshoba County where he lived most of his life. He was an Auto Repair man, and his hobbies were hunting, fishing, and baseball.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Melvena Day; mother, Roma Day; brothers, Earl Lamar, Charles Leon, Danny Wayne, and Donald G. Day.

Survivors include his father, Rev. Lamar Day; son, Joshua Day; sister, Brenda Walker (Randy); brothers, Ricky (Shirley), Dennis (Lisa) and Michael Day (Tricia); (4) grandchildren, Piper, Dawson, Joshua, and Jill; (2) great-grandchildren, Emilee, Brantley, a host of nieces, nephews.
