Police investigating burglary at Mini-Mart

Police are looking for a suspect in a convenience store burglary that occurred on Oct, 10 where an employee confronted the burglar and scared him off.

Philadelphia Police Detective Bobby Pattillo said that they are working to find any leads in the case.

“Nothing was taken and the case is under investigation,” Pattillo said.

He said the incident occurred on Saturday in the early morning hours at approximately 1:30 a.m. At this approximate time Joeys Mini-Mart on Holland Avenue was broken into. 

An employee who was on scene at the time confronted the burglar who then fled the business heading south, he said.
