My name is Richard Cooney, and I am asking for your vote for Constable Place One.
I joined the army when I was 17. I'm a 12 year military veteran with two tours to Iraq. I supervised a Max security prison for 4 years, and served on the Neshoba County Sheriff's team for 6 years, under Sheriffs Tommy Waddell and Eric Clark.
I'm a local business owner of Richard Cooney Lawn Landscaping and Tree Removal that gives back to the community.
