PAID POLITICAL AD/Brad Stuart seeks election as Chancery Clerk

My name is Brad Stuart. I'm excited to announce that I have qualified as a candidate for Neshoba County Chancery Clerk. For the better part of 23 years, I have been a devoted servant to Neshoba County. In my current position as Chief Deputy/Jail Administrator for The Neshoba County Sheriff's Department I am tasked with managing a 1.75 Million Dollar Budget. As most are aware, the many responsibilities Chancery Clerk include maintaining the integrity of all Chancery Court records along with county payroll and expenses. The duties of this office include all records concerning land deeds, child custody, divorce, military discharge, homestead exemption, and many more. If elected, I can assure you that I will always make myself available to the public and strive to maintain the integrity of Neshoba County. I am supported by my wife, Amy Snuggs Stuart (Wanda Snuggs and the late Steve Snuggs) along with our two sons, Caden and John Brady Stuart. My parents

are the late Ralph Stuart and Shirley Deweese Stuart. I am a lifelong resident of Neshoba County (Arlington Community) and an active member of Mars Hill Pentecostal Church.
