Linwood Fire Department will be taking nominations for and voting on 1 board member on October 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will take place at the new fire station located off of Hwy 15 S.  This is our regular meeting that is open to the public.

Marcus and Polly Gordon Memorial

The children of The Honorable Marcus D. Gordon, who served as Senior Circuit Judge of Mississippi’s 8th Circuit, and his wife, Polly Matthew Gordon, longtime educator and counselor at Union High School, invite all friends, family and former co-workers to a memorial celebration of their lives on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Family Life Center of First Baptist Church, Union, Mississippi. 

Thereafter all are invited to the onsite unveiling of the Judge Marcus D. Gordon Memorial Highway on Highway 15 in Union.
