May is sworn in on Wednesday as his wife Natalie holds the Bible. May took nearly 70 percent of the vote in Neshoba County overtaking incumbent Circuit Judge Brian K. Burns in November.

May was sworn in on Wednesday as his wife Natalie holds the Bible. May took nearly 70 percent of the vote in Neshoba County overtaking incumbent Circuit Judge Brian K. Burns in Noveber.
The Eighth District Circuit Court covers Neshoba, Newton, Scott and Leake counties.
The election filled the unexpired term of Judge Christopher Collins who resigned.
Burns had been appointed in December 2019 by former Gov. Phil Bryant.
