Funeral service for Minister Charles Edward Green, Jr. was held on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 2 P.M. from Jerusalem Temple Church, with Pastor Michael Graham officiating. Burial was at Donald Rest Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Green, 45, of Philadelphia, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023 in Leake County, MS.

He is survived by his wife, La’Tonya Green of Morton, MS, his mother, Lorraine Mixon of Philadelphia, MS, stepfather, Kenneth Mixon, one brother, Nicholas Green of Kosciusko, MS, three sisters, Ashley Green of Vicksgurg, MS, Dyshea Stewart and Eunekia Wells both of Philadelphia, MS.  

Pallbearers were Kadeen Blacks, LeRoyce Hernandez, Dee Moore, Derrick Cleveland, Charles Cleveland, Jr. and Brad Lewis.
