Larry Drake

A graveside service for Mr. Larry Drake was held at 3:30 pm, Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Black Jack Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Duvall officiating.  McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Larry Drake, 75, of Philadelphia died on February 23, 2023.

Mr. Larry was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County. He retired from the United States Marine Corp after 23 years of service. He was a member of the VFW and a member of the New Black Jack Baptist Church.

He is survived by stepson, Paul King; brother, Troy Drake; sisters, Shelia Land, Darlene Bryan, Debbie Drake, and Connie Land.

He was preceded in death by his father, H.B Drake; mother, Jackie Drake; brother, Gary Drake.

Pallbearers were Taylor Akins, Stevie McDonald, Chris Land, Bobby Hall, Bobby May and Danny Drake.
