A beautiful baby girl, Harper Reese, made her debut on June 13, weighing 6 pounds and 9 ounces of pure sweetness! She is the daughter of Kyle and Cheyenne Henderson. Her paternal grandmother is Tracy Donald Armstrong who is part of the loving circle that surrounds Harper.

Harper and I share a birthday and we have known and admired her grandmother for several years as Romily's home health nurse. Congratulations!

A combination cookout and swimming graduation party was given in honor of Samuel Knight who is a member of the Neshoba Central High School Class of 2022. The party was given by his grandparents, Bob and Lynn Holland Benson, at their spacious home.

The guests were family members and friends who came to join in the celebration of this epic milestone in his life. The swimming pool was a big hit with his younger friends, while others enjoyed visiting in the lovely backyard. The cookout food was so good with special cookies shaped like mortar boards, graduation robes, and others with his name and Congrats on them.

Sam will attend Mississippi State in the fall and plans to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering. Congratulations and Best Wishes!

She is here! Precious baby, Poplar Elizabeth Murphy, made her grand entrance on June 14, weighing 6 pounds and 9 ounces of pure joy. Her very proud parents are Anthony and Lacie Wilkerson Murphy. Her Philadelphia grandparents are Steve and Jenny Lynn Wilkerson.

Her name, Poplar, is very special to both her grandparents and her mother who has such fond memories of growing up in both of her childhood homes on that street and the whole neighborhood! Congratulations!

Mamaw is 104! Allie Mae Creel was 104 years old on June 5 and her entire family, except for Tonya Alexander Myers, was present to celebrate this blessed event. Mrs. Creel lives in the Madison County Nursing Home where her birthday party was held.

Her children, grandchildren, great grands, and great great grands enjoyed honoring this remarkable family matriarch. As Tony Alexander said, "The best part of the day was that she knew who he was!" A huge Happy Birthday to Mrs. Creel!
