Sharks were everywhere at Wyatt Little's 5th birthday party on Sunday, August 1st, but his guests were not fazed by the sight! Since it was a swimming party, some type of aquatic life was to be expected.

A big yellow warning sign alerted everyone to "Beware, Great White Sharks"! Tables covered in blue cloths resembling water held all kinds of goodies- treat bags that were shark heads with their sharp teeth showing, Shark heads rising out of the water decorated the table. A tray of frosted cookies was served from the dining table. A magnificent birthday cake iced in blue with a shark's head emerging from the top layer was an eye catching centerpiece. A huge Happy Birthday banner flanked on each side with a shark, welcomed the children to these yummy treats.

A very excited Wyatt opened the many presents which his guests had brought.  Everyone loved to see what was inside each package and exclaimed along with Wyatt.  After opening gifts, Wyatt and his guests proceeded to the swimming pool area which had gates with a yellow warning sign on each gate,

"Beware of Great White Sharks". The word "shark" made of inflatable letters hung above the gates to the pool area.  Colorful pool toys floated on the blue water. It was a beautiful day for pool fun supervised by watchful adults.  It appears that this precious little boy had a very special birthday party! His parents are Barrett and Kelly Dansby Little and his younger brother is Whitt. Also attending were his grandparents, Steve and Deena Dansby.

What fun — a "Fair Fiesta" honoring Margaret Jordan and Sam Webb was held during the Neshoba County Fair! Hostesses were her sister, Frances Gamblin who was here from San Juan, Puerto Rico, her mother, Cynthia Williams Jordan,  Sarah Mars, Hadley Mars Chalmers, Liz Booker, Melody Webb, Sadie Shields and Cherie Gamblin.

White chairs and tables covered in white table cloths were set out in front of the cabin. Wide strips of serape fabric in bright colors went across the round tables, and pots of flowers were placed in the center. Colored lights were on the porch ceiling and brightly colored balloons were massed insife the cabin.  It was a cheerful, festive sight.

Margaret wore a sundress in serape fabric with a white banner from one shoulder to the other and the words, "Bride to Be" written across it in silver glitter. She also wore the obligatory bridal veil to complete her ensemble.

Sam Webb and Margaret Jordan will be married on November 20, 2021.
