Hulon Willis

Funeral services for Mr. Hulon Willis were held at 2 PM Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Hope Indian Baptist Church with Rev. Travis Willis and Deacon Williamson Isaac officiating. Interment was in Hope Indian Baptist Cemetery. Visitation was at 10 AM Friday, September 22, 2023 at Hope Indian Baptist Church. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Willis, 66, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023 at his home. He lived most of his life in the Pearl River Community. He was a Security Supervisor at the Casino and he was in the National Guard. He was a member of Hope Indian Baptist Church, and his hobbies were reading and watching football. He loved the New Orlean Saints.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Bell Wilson Willis; parents, Claude Yates Willis and Gladys May Tubby Willis; daughter, Shannon Rose Willis; son, Marcus Landon Willis; sisters, Caroline Morris, Jennie Roa, Norma Jean Willis; brother, Gillis Willis.

Survivors include his sisters, Annie Sue Noah, Marilyn Tucker, Sandra Kay Weaver, Vanessa Pam McMillan; brothers, Hubert Lee Willis, Travis Willis; (8) grandchildren; (2) great-grandchildren; great uncles, Billy Smith and Roy Smith.
