The Christmas Committee spent last Sunday putting up the 26-foot tree for the upcoming tree lighting event on Dec. 1 on the Square.

The Christmas Committee spent last Sunday putting up the 26-foot tree for the upcoming tree lighting event on Dec. 1 on the Square.
The process took about four hours with the help of 20 volunteers.
The committee also finished hanging the lighted spheres in the magnolias and wrapping some of the trees with lights making the Hometown Christmas event this year a must see!
