Gladys Chapman

Funeral services for Ms. Gladys Chapman will be held at 2 PM Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Bogue Chitto CERF Building with Rev. Doby Henry officiating. Interment will be in Choctaw Christian Mennonite Cemetery. 

Visitation began at 10 AM Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Bogue Chitto CERF Building. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements. 

Ms. Chapman, 60, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. She lived most of her life in the Preston Community and was a member of Choctaw Christian Church. She worked at Pearl River Resort, and her hobbies were spending time with friends, fishing, and watching TV. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Lee Chapman and Mary Mattie Willis Chapman; infant daughter; son, Gabriel Chapman; sister, Phylis Chapman. 

Survivors include her son, Hamilton Chapman; sister, Serena Chapman; (1) grandchild; (1) aunt; (1) niece, and (7) nephews.
