Erick Wayne Sam

Funeral services for Mr. Erick Wayne Sam were held at 10 AM Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Redwater Gym with Bro. Carl Wilson officiating. Interment was in Redwater Community Cemetery. Visitation was at 10 AM Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 1514 N. Jordan St. Carthage, MS. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Sam, 57, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at his home. His hobbies included watching high school basketball games, going out to eat, fishing and playing with his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his parents, R.B. Sam and Mary Frances Wilson; sister, Patricia Gayle Sam; brothers, Davis Ray Wilson and Bobby Dean Sam. 

Survivors include brother, Mark Sam.

Pallbearers are Corey Sam, Ralph Isaac, Alan Jimmie, Ricky Anderson, Sr., Howard Dixon, Jr., Alex Dixon, Andrew Dixon, Robert Sam, Shawn Kopaddy, Davin Lewis, Ralph Sam, Richard Isaac.
