A Neshoba County man was arrested and charged with drug trafficking after authorities served a warrant at his residence on Road 402.

The man Bill Pike, 65, 10250 Road 402, was arrested and charged with the sale of a controlled substance and trafficking of a controlled substance, Neshoba County Sheriff Eric Clark said. The substance has been identified as crystal methamphetamine, Clark said.

Pike was arrested during the execution of a search warrant on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at his residence at about 7 a.m.

“The arrest warrant, signed by a Neshoba County Justice Court Judge was for the sale of a controlled substance,” Clark said.

While at the residence the officers executed the search warrant and recovered approximately 60 grams of crystal methamphetamine and $3,500 in cash.

Pike posted $22,500 in bond on Dec. 1 just before 9 a.m. and was released from the Neshoba County Jail.
