Carolyn Lee Dixon

Funeral services for Ms. Carolyn Lee Dixon will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Wilson officiating. Interment will be in Old Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the Redwater CERF Building in Carthage, MS. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Dixon, 66, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Choctaw Health Center in Choctaw, MS. She was a member of Mt. Zion Choctaw Indian Baptist Church. Her hobbies included spending time with family, doing beadwork and crosswords, traveling and listening to oldies.

Ms. Dixon is preceded in death by her parents, James Dixon and Encie Farve Dixon; sisters, Molly Ann Dixon, Charlotte Tubby; brothers, Billy Joe Dixon, Terry Wayne Dixon.

Survivors include daughter, Melissa Dixon; sisters, Celestine Steve and Sonja Edwards; 1 grandchild.

Pallbearers are Benjamin Farve, Sam Farve, Evan Bell, Tristan Dixon, Simeon Willis, Keith Rigden, mason Farmer, Christian Gibson.
