Bruce Coty Thompson

Funeral service for Mr. Bruce Coty Thompson were held at 2 PM Friday, December 30, 2022 at Bogue Chitto Baptist Church with Bro. Doby Henry and Bro. Randy Jim officiating. Interment was in the Bogue Chitto Community Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 PM Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Bogue Chitto Baptist Church. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Thompson, 39, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at his home. He was a member of Bogue Chitto Baptist Church and Bogue Chitto Development Club. His enjoyed being involved with Nanih Waiya Stickball Team.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ellis Thompson and Lena Thompson; Tom Amos and Maggie Billie.

Survivors include his parents, Darlene Thompson and Harold Amos; sister, Rebecca Blanco.

Pallbearers are Michael Billie, Kendall Wallace, Jeremy Hickman, Luke Allen, Jr., Fieldon Jefferson, Shawn Shoemake, Cecil Dixon, Teddy Allen, Kendril Wallace, Rocky Clemmons; honorary pallbearers are Nanih Waiya Stickball Team.
