Antone Duran Jefferson

Funeral service for Mr. Antone Duran Jefferson will be held 2 PM Thursday, October 27, 2022 at the Conehatta Gym with Bro. Mark Patrick officiating. Interment will be in the Conehatta Community Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the family home, 121 Red Oak Road. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Jefferson, 17, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022, in Conehatta, MS. He was a member of Pine Grove Pentecostal Church and loved basketball and stickball.

He is preceded in death by his father, Arman Jefferson, Sr; sister, Lauri Nell Monk; grandparents, Roy Steve, Emma Steve and Patty Shoemake.

Survivors include his mother, Vera Monk; sisters, Melody Jefferson, Emmalee Monk, Deeangel Monk; brothers, Arman Jefferson, Jr., David Monk, III, Carmon Steve, Keaton Steve; grandfather, Learn Jefferson, Sr.; godparents, Mack Anderson, Willean and Darrel Mingo.
