Amelia Ruth Henson to wed Austin Reid Rowell May 29

Phoebe Henson is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Amelia Ruth Henson, to Austin Reid Rowell, son of Shane and Christal Rowell of Long Beach.

Amelia is a 2016 graduate of Neshoba Central High School and a 2020 graduate of Mississippi State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree. She is currently employed as the Communication Director for the Community Development Partnership in Philadelphia.

Austin is a 2015 graduate of Berrien High School in Nashville, GA and will complete his Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering degree from Mississippi State University in April.

Amelia is the daughter of the late Jim Henson. She is the granddaughter of Kenneth and Melva Gray of Philadelphia and the late Harvey and Johnnie Henson of Dekalb.

Austin is the grandson of the late Frank and Sylvia Pollock of Cairo, GA and Gerald Rowell of Jay, FL and Mary Gonzalez of Pensacola, FL. 

The wedding will be May 29, 2021 at First Baptist Church in Philadelphia
