Addie Mae Wallace Martin

Funeral services for Ms. Addie Mae Wallace Martin will be held at 2 PM Thursday, September 21, 2023 from Bogue Chitto Baptist Church with Rev. Doby Henry and Deacon Randy Jim officiating. Interment will be in Nanih Waiya Mennonite Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 PM Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at her home, 152 Bates Road. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Martin, 59, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023 at her home. She was a member of Nanih Waiya Mennonite Church and enjoyed attending grandkids ballgames, school functions and traveling.

Ms. Martin is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Dale Martin; parents, Almon Wallace and Imogene Thomas Wallace; daughter, Keshia Sheraine Wallace; sister, Brenda Wallace; brothers, Artis Wallace and Charles Wallace.

Survivors include daughters, Kristen Wallace; step-daughters, Lavonda Martin, Lydia Martin, Latonya Martin and Cadenza Martin; sons, Kendall Wallace, Kendril Wallace, Tyler Wallace; sisters, Anita Wallace and Vaneda Wallace; brother, Jason Wallace; 31 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Kenneth Martin, Robert Dean Martin, Bryant Wallace, James Homer Bell, Nickey Ben, Landy Denson, Dano Jackson, Abram Cotton, Stanley Bell, Feldon Jefferson; honorary pallbearers are Dexter Mingo and Randall Morris, Jr.
