Two Neshoba County residents have been arrested and one remains on the run in connection with a two-year-long, multi-county drug investigation involving federal, state and local law enforcement that netted six total arrests last Friday.

“This is an ongoing investigation, with more arrests expected to come.” Neshoba County Sheriff Eric Clark said.

The Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office remains on the lookout for Maurice Keon Boler.

Clark said Boler was supposed to turn himself in earlier this week but has not as of Tuesday morning.

Clark said deputies arrested Neshoba County residents Randy “Red” Moncreaise and Tiffany Dawn McWilliams on federal indictments for possession with intent to distribute crystal methamphetamine in the early morning hours of Friday, April 15.

Clark said meth “has to be the most addictive drug in the world.” He said they see the hold it has on people almost every day.

“Every day we have someone go to jail on a simple possession charge,” Clark said. “They vow to never touch meth again. The instant they get out of jail, they get exposed to meth and they are right back in the same pit they were in.”

McWilliams was arrested at her home on east Main Street and Moncreiase turned himself into his parole officer, he said.

Clark said both individuals were immediately taken into federal custody and transported to the federal courthouse in Jackson.

In 2020, the NCSO and Kemper County Sheriff’s Office initiated narcotics investigations into a large narcotics group in the area.

This led to a joint investigation with the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics (MBN), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Homeland Security Investigationsthe Philadelphia Police Department and. others.

“Meth is destroying good people with strong families,’ Clark said. “I’m thankful for Sheriff’s deputies that are committed to persevering and continuing to fight this dangerous drug. We need to pray each time an addiction recovery begins. Meth addiction is the most overwhelming challenge that a person will ever face.”

Four Kemper County residents were arrested Friday: Orlando Bourrage, Donovan Bourrage, Cordarryl Ford, and Rondarious Gowdy
