Police are looking for two individuals they believe may have been involved in a home invasion reported last week on Fox Avenue.

Police Chief Eric Lyons said that Investigators have two people of interest in the case. They are looking for an Edward McCarty, 34, and another individual named Quay Brown, though they are not sure if that name is real or an alias at this time.

On April 20, at approximately 11 p.m. officers responded to the 200 block of Fox Avenue to reports of a home invasion.

The homeowner told investigators that she heard a knock at the door and asked “who is it” but never opened the door, Lyons said.

“At that time three masked individuals kicked the door in and entered the residence,” he said.

The homeowner then ran out the back door to a neighbors house and called police. The suspects reportedly could be seen looking around the kitchen area of the residence briefly before fleeing on foot away from the area.

Lyons said nothing was reported taken from the residence by the homeowner.
