Pearl River Resort to celebrate 30th anniversary
Pearl River Resort is gearing up celebrate 30 years of gaming and entertainment excellence with live concernts, promotions and fireworks.
The general public to partake in Pearl River Resort’s month-long anniversary celebration. Festivities will include big-name acts, a festive Fourth of July fireworks show, and a lucrative anniversary-themed promotion.
Brian McKnight will kick off the celebration on Saturday, June 29. Known for his smooth, soulful sounds, Brian McKnight will perform hits like “Back at One,” “Anytime,” and “One Last Cry.”
The concert lineup also includes:
• Boys II Men will take the stage on Friday, July 5 at 8 p.m. The popular R&B group is best known for hits like “End of the Road,” “On Bended Knee,” and “Motownphilly.”
• Big and Rich featuring Gretchen Wilson with Cowboy Troy, will perform live on Saturday, July 6, at 8 p.m. Featuring a mix of country and rock, hit songs by this dynamic duo, Big and Rich include “Save a Horse,” “Lost in This Moment,” and “Comin’ to Your City.” Gretchen Wilson is known for hits like “Redneck Woman” and “Here for the Party”.
The concerts will be held in the Silver Star Convention Center. Attendees be 21 years of age or older to attend. Tickets may be purchased online at www.pearlriverresort.com.

On Thursday, July 4 at 9 p.m., Pearl River Resort will light up the sky with a spectacular fireworks show. This family-friendly display will include amazing effects.
