FAIR EXHIBIT SIGNUP
Come by the MSU Extension Service-Neshoba County office and pick up your entry forms, entry tags and exhibitor number for the Neshoba County Fair Exhibit Hall. Youth ages 5-18 can enter items in the categories of fresh fruits and vegetables, field crops, food preservation, food-nutrition, posters, and arts and crafts. Adult categories include fresh fruits and vegetables, field crops, food preservation, and cultural arts. The deadline to pick up your entry forms, tags and exhibitor number is Friday, July 12. CANCER BENEFIT
A cancer benefit will be held for Sandy Boatner on Saturday, July 20, at Mars Hill Volunteer Fire Department located at 4470 Mars Hill Road. Chicken plates will be sold for $10 with serving beginning at 5 p.m. An auction begins at 6 p.m. All proceeds will help Sandy Boatner with medical bills and expenses. CHURCH DAY PROGRAM
The Mt. Enon M.B. Church family in the Dixon Community cordially invite all area church families to their men & women's day program scheduled for July 14th at 3:00PM. Rev. Rochelle Wright of Forest, will be the guest speaker for this occasion. Rev. James Pinkston is the pastor.
FAMILY REUNION
The Gray Reunion (descendants of Charles and Emma Gray) will be held at the Neshoba County Coliseum on July 14, 2024. It will start at 10AM. Potluck lunch will be at noon. Bring your family and enjoy the fellowship. See you there!
BACK TO SCHOOL
Stevens Chapel United Methodist Church Children and Youth Department will host a Back to School Community Carnival on Sunday, July 21, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each child attending must be accompanied by a parent.
CHURCH HOMECOMING
Center Hill Baptist Church at 11291 Highway 486 in Philadelphia will have Homecoming Sunday, July 14th, at 11:00 AM with Bro. Eddie Pilgrim as guest speaker. Those with any connection to the church past or present have a special invitation and the public is cordially invited to attend. A meal will be served in the fellowship hall after the service.
