Man busted in drug sting

A Philadelphia man was arrested with a large amount of drugs at his Bell Avenue home late last week, the result of a roughly year-long investigation, Philadlephia Police CHief Eric Lyons said.
The man, Barco L. Davis, 53, 233 Bell Avenue, was arrested and charged with three charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell,
According to Lyons, Narcotics Division has had an open investigation on Davis for the last year.
PPD served a search warrant at Barco’s residence on Friday, June 14, at about 11 a.m.
Lyons said officers recovered a large amount of methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and marijuana.
Davis is awaiting bond at the Winston County Correctional Facility.
