Yazoo City man faces rape-assault charges after Philidelphia police arrest him

Austin Davis, 22, of 1439 Myrieville Road, Yazoo City, was arrested by Philadelphia police and charged with kidnapping and rape-assault with intent to ravish.

Records from the Winston-Choctaw County Regional Correctional Facility in Louisville show that Davis was brought into the jail on Monday, Aug. 2, around 8:17 p.m. and bonded out the following evening.

Jail records show he was being held on a $75,000 bond.
