Wreck on East Main sends 1 to hospital

Philadelphia Police are investigating a wreck reported on East Main Street that sent one driver to the hospital on Tuesday morning.
Philadelphia Police Chief Eric Lyons said a two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of East Main Street and Williamson Avenue at approximately 7:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
Lyons said one vehicle rolled over and the driver was trapped.
The driver was sent to hospital with minor injuries, he said.
One lane of traffic was blocked during the incident, he said.
Lyons said it took between 30 and 40 minutes to clear the scene after the Philadelphia Fire Department was able to get the individual freed from inside the vehicle.
