Willie Ray Dykes

Funeral service for Mr. Willie Ray Dykes was held at 2 PM Sunday, August 8, 2021 at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. David Richardson officiating. Interment will be in the Bethsaida Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Dykes, 67, passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS. He enjoyed remodeling houses and was Baptist by faith.

Mr. Dykes is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas C. Dykes and Virginia Ruth Bozeman; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Dykes; daughter, Angelina Dykes; sons, James Brandon Dykes (Alexis), Willie Ray Dykes; stepson, Billy Wade Watkins; brother, Tom Dykes; 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Casey Parker, Jon St. Clare, Preston Green, Ryan Ladd, Gage Hamilton, Alexander Lawson, Austin Cumberland, Daniel Townsend.
