William Riley Pigg

A graveside service was held for Riley Pigg on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. from Laurel Hill Cemetery in Neshoba County with Bro. Daniel Winstead officiating.  Visitation was held at Laurel Hill Baptist Church from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.  McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. 

Mr. Pigg, 66, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, April 25, 2021.

He was a longtime resident of the Laurel Hill Community in Neshoba County.  He was a retired carpenter and electrician.  Mr. Pigg served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam Era. 

Survivors include four children, Jason Pigg, Misty Thornton, Josh Pigg , Jenna Pigg; eight grandchildren; sister, Angela Fitzhugh ; brother,Ray Pigg. 

Mr. Pigg was preceded in death by grandmother, Lucille Pigg; and his parents. 

Pallbearers are Chuck Pigg, Greg Pigg, Eric Pigg, Brad Pigg, Brett Walton, Rusty Thornton, Shelton Divine.  Honorary pallbearer is Dewayne Clair.
