Mr. Webb, 94, of Philadelphia, passed away in sweet peace on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

He and his wife, Edwina, owned and operated their family grocery store, City Market and Grocery, for 34 years. Through the years he enjoyed hosting family gatherings which often included taking family on hayrides through the woods and pastures to enjoy nature. A love for gardening, green pastures and raising cattle were instilled by him in the lives of his family by his life’s work.

Fondest memories of him will linger for generations in the hearts of those who call him dad and papaw. Late night servings of ice cream, card games, and midnight chats will continue in his memory.

Survivors include daughter Linda Gail Bouler (Buddy), son, Rex Webb; grandchildren, Mandy Fisher(Matt), Kristin Kirkland (Stephen), Rachel Harbarger (Claude), Miriam Medlin (Michael), and Thomas Webb; eleven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Webb was preceded in death by wife Edwina Watkins Webb; parents, Andrew V. and Anna Webb; sisters, Ruby Walton, Bernice Whittington, Mary Hamilton, Lorene Johnson, Elois Tullos and brothers, infant Andrew, Charles Webb, XEarl Webb and Don Webb.

The family requests donations to be made to a charity of choice to help provide food, clothing, or shelter to those many in need during these times.
