The Union Lady Yellowjackets picked up two wins this past week.

The Lady Yellowjackets blew out Eupora 51-15 and then took a tight 39-36 win over Enterprise.

The Union boys split a pair of games, falling 44-31 to Eupora before beating Enterprise 37-33.

Union will return to play this week as they play at Sebastopol on Tuesday and will then play at J.Z. George on Thursday.

Union girls 52, Eupora 15

The Lady Yellowjackets dominated early and cruised to a 37-point win over the Lady Eagles.

Union jumped out to a 31-3 lead in the first period and then outscored Eupora 10-5 in the second to lead 41-8 at the half. Union then outscored Eupora 4-3 in the third and 7-4 in the fourth.

Rymia Craft led Union with 16 points while Gracyn Tillman had 10 points. Destiny Campbell had seven points while Dinaiya Blaylock had six points.

Eupora boys 44, Union 31

The Eagles pulled away in the second half and took a 13-point win over the Yellowjackets.

Eupora led 19-14 at the end of the first while Union took the second period 7-6 to cut the lead to 25-21 at the half. But Eupora pulled away in the second half and outscored Union 12-6 in the third and 7-4 in the fourth to take the win.

Kobe Hutchins and Zie Buckley led Union with eight points apiece. Mason Tucker and Chanze Harmon each had five points apiece.

Union girls 39, Enterprise 36

The Lady Yellowjackets pulled away late to grab a three-point win over the Lady Bulldogs.

Union led 14-12 at the end of the first while Enterprise outscored the Lady Yellowjackets 10-6 in the second to take a 22-20 lead at the half. Union tied the game in the this by outscoring Enterprise 8-6 to send the game to the fourth tied at 28-28. Union then took the fourth period 11-8 to take the win.

Rymia Craft led Union with 16 points while Gracyn Tillman had nine points. Destiny Campbell and Dinaiya Blaylock each had six points apiece.

Union boys 37, Enterprise 33

The Yellowjackets picked up a much-needed win last week with a four-point victory over the Bulldogs.

Union led 7-5 at the end of the first period and then outscored Enterprise 13-3 to take a 20-8 lead at the half. Enterprise took the third period 9-8 and then outscored Union 16-9 for the final margin.

Kobe Hutchins and Mason Tucker led Union with 11 points apiece.
