For most of the night, the Union Yellow Jackets were dominating Scott Central in a huge district matchup.

However, the Rebels rallied for 32 unanswered second half points to stun Union 38-33.

Jaheim Gill had a big night on both sides of the ball. He completed 3-of-5 passes for 24 yards and two touchdowns, along with a fumble recovery and interception.

Gill added 14 rushing yards and a TD as well. Kenyon Clay on the other hand, had a rough night throwing the ball. He completed 30 percent of his passes for 64 yards. He rushed for 75 yards on 18 carries and scored a touchdown. Clay also caught a seven-yard touchdown pass from Gill in the loss. UHS star running back Jaylon Buckley had a big night. He carried the ball 23 times for 150 yards and a TD. Buckley added 2 catches for 17 yards and a TD.

The Jackets turned the ball over on downs with 3:20 to go in the ballgame. Scott Central ran out the clock from there.

Union fell to 5-2. The Jackets were scheduled to play Lake, but the game has been cancelled.
