Sylvia Barrier

Funeral service for Ms. Sylvia Barrier was held at 10AM Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Randall Dunaway, Rev. Jason Martin, and Rev. Johnny Peden officiating. Burial was in North Bend Pentecostal Church Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel was in charge.

Ms. Barrier, 73, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Neshoba County Nursing Home. Her hobbies and special interest were her grandchildren and collecting porcelain dolls, angels, and butterflies.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Barrier; parents, Samuel Fenton Landrum and Mildred McArthur Landrum.

Survivors include daughters, Charlotte Alford (Kevin), Ashley Benson (Chad); sons, Brian Higginbotham, Brad Higginbotham; sisters, Mary Jane Flake, Donna Creekmore; (7) grandchildren; (1) great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: Kevin Johnson, Timmy Barrier, Philip Barrier, Delmar Pedigrew, Sam Pedigrew, Kevin Copeland, Kory Alford, Zach Benson.
